Kirsten joined Atkins Recruit in Jan 2017 as a partner. Prior to that, she was a partner of ManGo Associates from October 2007 to Dec 2015. Prior to MGA, Kirsten was the Asia pacific human resources manager with Baxter.

Before Baxter, Kirsten had seven years’ experience in executive search, including five years with Korn/Ferry Shanghai and two years with SES Associates in California, USA. Kirsten has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Shanghai International Studies University and a master’s degree in International Management from the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, University of California, San Diego.

Winnie joined Atkins Recruit in Jan 2017 as a practice partner. Prior to that, she was a Manager of ManGo Associates from 2012 to 2016.

Winnie heads up the professional service/financial service/ finance/ legal team in shanghai. She has solid experience in completing the full cycle of recruitment, client management, BD and team management.

Winnie has a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Normal University.

Tonny Jian joined Atkins Recruit in Feb 2017 as a Practice Partner. Prior to that, he was a Director of Mango Associates from Jan 2010 to Jan 2017, he is specialized in recruiting HR Functions including (HR, Admin and EA) in different industry.

Tonny has a bachelor’s degree in Material Science from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and he lived in France for six years.

Arabella joined Atkins Recruit in 2019, as Practice Partner of Internet Business.  She brings with her over 14 years search experience, of which had always been Internet related.  Arabella has witnessed and experienced Internet companies development life cycle in China, and deeply involved in a great number of talent recruiting projects.  She has also participated and led training programs within search firms and successfully trained and coached numerous consultants and researchers.  Arabella has more than 10 years experience in a solid leadership capacity

Alec joined Atkins Recruit in 2018, as a Manager to head up Retail & Consumer Practice. He was a Managing Consultant of Comrise Consulting from 2014 to 2017.

During Alec’s 13 years of working experience, he spent 4 years working in multi-national retailers, and 9 years in the search business. He has proven track record placing manager to VP level candidates for both domestic and international retail and consumer related client companies.
